Im looking to find out just how fast this bike is Stock ? Quarter mile, 60-80 Acceleration .
the quickest ones are the one year only 2006 destroyer they came stock with a wheelie bar on the back & an air shifter they do the quarter in 9.5 or under as delivered off the show room floor. I think they only sold 600 or less(could be wrong) some big bike drag meets have a special destroyer class for the ones that are left stock,they usually all run 9.2to9.5. the modified ones are much quicker of course but then they have to run against lighter weight modified bikes.
help me name the positions in a drag race(1/4 mile), circuit race, and top speed of each. all stock. thanks!
The drag and circuit races all depend on the skill of the rider (for the top 3 bikes), not just the power of the machine. But the stock Vrod is going to get beat in all three categories.
SV1000S top speed about 160mph (11.08 @ 122mph)
Vrod 127mph (11.38 @ (not sure))
CBR600RR about 165mph (11.35 @ 125mph)
Firebolt 155mph (11.95 @ 113mph)
The drag times shown say more about the rider than the bike....
