Twin street Whats the best Street Scooter for our situation?
My mother wants to purchase three street scooters, one for my older brother going to college, one each for my twin sister and I to use for going to our highschool (juniors) and to use to go to our jobs. When it rains or just bad weather we would use a car. She is looking at these cuz well, gas prices are skyrocketing. So what would you suggest?
It really depends on the kind of roads you are riding and the distances involved. The most reliable brands out there are Yamaha, Honda, Kymco, Sym and Piaggio.
Short distances, city only, no freeways, no hills: 50cc.
Moderate distances, hilly terrain, no freeways, speed limits up to 90km/h (55mph): 125-150cc. Best bets are the Yamaha Vino 125 or BWS 125, Kymco Bet & Win 150, Kymco People 125, Piaggio Fly.
Freeways: 200cc or more. Look at the Kymco People 200 or Bet & Win 250, Sym 250, Yamaha Majesty, Suzuki Burgman.

I watched the movie Wall Street the other night and saw a scene that showed the Twin Towers .?
It was at sunset at a distant. Any way to see that scene again, without renting the movie?
I guess I needed to call it the WTC instead of Twin Towers. Thanks
you can try youtubing it
plus theres lots of movies with the wtc in it find anyone made in newyork in the 80's or 90's and you'll see them
you dont have to worry about anyone telling you to get a sportbike on here. As for the SV and 600r, I would go with the SV. . Its a better bike in my opinion. It will out handle the 600r by far. rides nice and well as far as looks, thats a matter of personal opinion, but the SV wins there with me too. The sound is an aquired taste, but it grows on you. May I also add that they are more reliable in the long run.
Caitlin,I run a Yoga Center in Sao Paulo Brasil for the last 22 years. Several years before moving to Brasil, I lived on Nantucket and taught one of the first regular classes in the Twin Street Barn. So I have a warm place in my heart for this magical island.A workshop is bringing me to the greater Boston area in November 2010 and I am flirting with the idea of teaching a workshop on Nantucket. If you’d be interested in sponsoring it, please contact me at your earliest convenience. My site has many fotos of our center in Brasil and the Blog has fotos. It is in Portuguese but is worth browsing thru. http://www.3hobrasil.com.br. My areas of specialty are Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Workshops for Women, Sacred Numerology.
