I can't decide which Harley to buy?

I am 16 years old and buying a Harley. I have been riding mopeds for a while so I have a little idea about mororcycles. I am picking between the 2008 sportster XL 883, sportster XL 1200, or the roadster 1200. Can somebody please give me advise on which one I should choose?

I shake my head when I read questions like this one. With so many better bikes available, you are choosing an overpriced, underpowered, low tech motorcycle. Have you looked into insurance? Cost of insurance alone will put a huge dent in your wallet. Are you buying this just for the image?? Image is very over-rated. I will add this comment, if you decide to look at other bikes, stay away from the sport bikes. Again, very expensive to insure. Plus with all the performance these bikes are capable of, it very easy to ride waaaay past your abilities. Sorry if this not the answer you were hoping for. Every time I look at one of the Harleys you are considering they look so uncomfortable and old fashion. Plus all Harleys vibrate. Why is that even remotely good? Beats me.
PS In regards to comments made by hdqt95, you are dead wrong on several points. Shaft drive motorcycles are inherently smoother. My 1800 Honda Gold Wing does not have any vibration. A Harley, due to the single crank pin design of the of the engine and the absence of a counter balancer HAS to vibrate. It has nothing to do with balancing or the quality of manufacturing. Which has gone up dramatically. I read article in Machining and Manufacturing trade publications on the efforts made by Harley to improve quality. As to the notion and I quote "The vibration problem hasn't been a consideration since Harley's had chains. " I just have to laugh at this statement. Until Harley came out with the toothed rubber belt final drive, they have been using a chain as the final drive since the company was formed back in 1903. A single pin crank engine has two power impulses within 60 degrees of crank rotation. Then the crank turns 660 degrees of rotation before the two cylinders are fired again. That give the Harley V-Twin or any single crank pin v-twin engine its distinct sound. And causes vibration. There is nothing in the engine to counteract the forces created by the ignition of each cylinder. The opposed cylinder design found on BMWs is an inherently smoother design when you are talking about vibration. BTW, the opposed twin is as old of a design as the V-Twin. Both are based on aircraft designs. Do you want me to continue burying you with FACTS, not folklore, be my guest.

What size cables do I need for 10" ape hangers?

I just ordered 10" ape hanger handlebars for my stock 1200cc 2008 Sportster Roadster(XL1200R). Was wondering if anyone could help me out as far as what size throttle, clutch and brake cables I need to get to make this thing work. Any help is much appreciated.

First measure stock cables, then determine how short they are from reaching. Buy cables that length. (if your stock cables are 6" short, buy cables that are stock+6") most cables are sold in length over stock rather than overall length.
