I work in Iraq and I am wondering what the discount is for a Harley Davidson (Street Glide)
I am eligible for the same discount as service members/
But what is it?
Well Cynthia, you do not allow e-mails so I could not e-mail you with what I know. (which is little)
I think that there is a discount-
a) set-up fee (maybe 3-4 hundred bucks)
b) discount- (bypassing dealer markup)
c) no delivery cost
Thats it in a nutshell-
The FLXH I looked at in the states was 20k and the one with AFFEE was 18k (but you know how people tend to "forget" details.
PS Maybe this is for only OIF and OEF only so thats all I know until Friday when I am back in "country"
What discount? My hubby would want to know about it too long with all the other guys in our company.

Road King or Street Glide?
Hello I am currently in the market for my first Harley and I am 6'6" tall. What I am wondering is what bike would be more comfortable for me, a Road King or a Street Glide?
One advantage for you as tall as you are might be the fact that the Road King is easier to change handlebars and handlebar position.You don't have the same ease on a Streetglide because of the fairing.I prefer the Glide because i like the fairing but go sit on both and see how they feel.

Sounds like what Yamaha did with their 2010 version of the Harley Street Glide (stripped bagger with big fairing and tiny windshield): Speakers are built in, volume/track controls are part of the left handlebar switches, only there’s no radio. There’s a wire with an iPod connector, a small padded shelf where the radio would normally be found on a bagger, and a velcro strap to hold the iPod in place. What more do you need?

Help that is not help is not very good. 1) I found a private doctor who understands TBI. 2) My doctor prescribed assistive technology for telephone 3) My solicitor demanded and I received an order providing me help filling out forms.
I. Do they still have Harley Street doctors. Get down there and get one to write orders for what you need.
II. Tell your solicitor you cannot fill out forms. If your solicitor cannot advocate for help, tell you solicitor you need additional counsel for this medically necessary help.
III. No one likes international attention. Use your computer. Write international human rights groups. In America. In EEU. At the UN. Write the Hague. Short letters. As nice as outrageously possible.

Sounds like what Yamaha did with their 2010 version of the Harley Street Glide (stripped bagger with big fairing and tiny windshield): Speakers are built in, volume/track controls are part of the left handlebar switches, only there’s no radio. There’s a wire with an iPod connector, a small padded shelf where the radio would normally be found on a bagger, and a velcro strap to hold the iPod in place. What more do you need?
