Is it smart to buy 52 week lows?
I'm going to turn 18 in a few months and I'd like to get involved with the stock market. I know that the slogan is "buy low, sell high" so wouldn't it be smart to just buy the 52 week lows and hope for the best. Would it be smart to invest in 3-4 of these companies and hope for the best or is it very risky? Right now the one's i'm looking at are Harley Davidson and Krispy Kreme.
You are treating this more like gambling than investing. Try to determine why a particular stock is at its low before you invest in it. Study any stock within the context of its market.

It's possible, yes. But you need to have the initial capital to earn that kind of money (you have to be able to afford to buy stocks before you can sell them). There is no max on how much you can earn. The more money you have, the more you can earn.
Just remember that lots of people every year lose their entire savings trying to get rich on the stock market.
