have gotten confliting information. good and bad
You should always get your own experience at a dealership. So many people say that they had a bad experience because of something that was out of the dealerships control. For example, someones 1982 sportster has a dead battery, which most times means the charging system is shot and can cost up to $2000. Or, someone orders a part and the parts department says it will be here in a week, which is standard at most dealership, but Harley releases the news the next day that it is backordered for a month and the customer gets upset. I worked with the angry customers at my dealership and it usually was something out of our hands, but they still bad-mouthed us anyway. Give the dealership a chance, and get your own information. On a side note, I have heard good things about them.
