My husbands Buell Motorcycle is a 2008 but the spark plugs keep going bad.What could be causing this?
My husband hasn't had his Buell Harley Davidson no time but if he doesn't change the plugs every other week it wants to spit and spuder!Help!
What do you mean "Going bad"? Spark plugs are mainly just bent pieces of metal. There's not much to go bad in them. The problem with the bad plugs will tell you the cause.

My 1995 Ducati M900 for your Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 or Buell Lightning of the same or newer year?
My Duc is in GREAT condition, with a small scratch or ship here or there. Needs a tune. It is Dark Grey colored, Has a K&N air filter, Carbon Fiber Mini Fering, and Micron Carbon Fiber Racing Exhaust.
Its is very fast and loud enough to set of car alarms as I drive down the street.
The Sportster is about 1000 more for the same year. My exhaust system alone cost over 2k so its about an even trade. But whatever. No harm in checking around eh?
You must enjoy both style and speed. Having a good bike like a Duke and wanting to swap it for a harley sporster means your weird. Go and hire one for a weekend and you will thank me for changing your mind

There's two Ninja 250's — the 2008+ bikes are over an inch higher in the saddle, and about 50 pounds heavier.
While I ride a Savage (Suzuki S40) I can't recommend it for you — it is physically a small bike. Since you like the sporty look, I would say the bigger Ninjette or any of the 450-650cc Japanese twins of the last two decades — they're all good. All *should* be fairly quiet. Visit dealers, anyone selling, sit on bikes 'til one of them calls you home.
Forget the Ninja 250. Too small in size and displacement.
Since you are looking at a Buell look at a Harley Sportster 883.
Pretty cheap, good bang for the buck and Harley will take it back on a trade for a bigger bike later.
If you buy a metric bike you need to know it will run fine and work like a swiss watch,but drop like a stone in resale value.
