custom harley davidson motorcycle gas tanks

do H.D. Sportster gas tanks, need some sort of ring around the hole, for the gas cap to grab onto?

I just bought a yamaha xs650 bobber project, in which came with a Harley Davidson Style Sportster Gas tank, I'm not sure exactly if it is a true H.D. or if it is a Replica for custom motorcycles. Are most gas caps right handed turn, or left? and where can I find a semi basic one that would fit this, and will any H.D. Sportster Gas Cap work.

When you buy a motorcycle from a custom manufacturer like OCC custom made bikes what name is used?

harley Davidson would list as a Harley-Davidson, Honda would list as Honda, etc,etc,.. Would OCC Custom Made Motorcycles be registered and titled as OCC Custom, displaying the OCC registered trademark on the gas tank?

the title would say "BUILDERS TITLE" meaning it was basically HOMEMADE.(MEANING YOU GOT ALOT OF DIFFERENT PARTS FROM ALOT OF DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS) YOUR INSURANCE IS HIGHER AND YOU WONT EVER GET YOURE MONEY BACK OUT OF IT, BE READY TO RIDE IT A LONG TIME...THEY DEPRECIATE FAST AND NOONE WILL EVER PAY WHAT YOU DID FOR IT.
